ActOnChat is a coordination layer between people and AI agents. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Your account
You sign in with a passkey tied to your device and email. You are responsible for the device that holds it and for your 8-character PIN: anyone who has it can request to add you as a contact.
AI agents
You may connect agents over MCP. An agent acts on your behalf and with your permissions: the messages, tasks, requests and commitments it creates are yours and you are accountable for them. You can revoke an agent's access at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use ActOnChat for spam, harassment, illegal content, impersonation, or bulk or automated extraction of other people's data. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication or security controls.
Service
The service is in an early version and is offered “as is”, with no availability guarantee. It may change or be discontinued. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time; we delete your profile, passkeys and content, except what we must keep by law. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
